Sales Manager Benelux

marketing approach for the Benelux?

We need YOU to achieve our goal!

Therefore, we are now hiring an additional Sales Manager for the Benelux market.
She/He, will be responsible for growing the sales of our entire product portfolio as
well as continuing the sales with existing clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Executing the sales strategy for the Benelux market, with a focus on
    growth in turnover for new and existing business relations / market
    segments
  • (Over)achieving sales targets
  • Identifying and actively monitoring business opportunities in FPI’s
    designated market segments and analyse competitor’s behaviour
  • Coordinating and delivering quotations in cooperation with the Customer
    Service and Engineering department
  • Contributing in a proactive way to the professional development of the
    sales organization

More to know about this role

  • You will be reporting to the Area Sales Sr. Manager
  • The position is based in Hardenberg, the Netherlands, but will require
    extensive travelling (70 – 80 percent) in the Benelux

Role Requirements

  • HBO Working and thinking level / University degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven experience in selling project-based solutions or pipe systems
  • Knowledge, experience and a network in different industries is a plus
  • Team builder who can include different functions and different levels of
    seniority (both internal and external)
  • Excellent communication in Dutch, interpersonal and influencing skills,
    including fluent English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, CRM-software
